HOQ is short for Horde Online Quest. Sounds
difficult to pull off right? Well you are correct, but below you will find
the instructions for what we feel is a fresh and legit way to roll with others
over the Web.
| 1. In order to play you must be in The
Horde Chat room. If you do not come into the Chat
room you will have no fucking clue what is going on and would be just
guessing what it is we are doing. The link is above and below. |

| 2. It is better to have another person with you to witness the rolling.
If you do not have another person with you; you must realize that if you
deceive the Inner Circle Karma will not be on your side. This is different
than the rules use to read, but they are always subject to change. |

| 3. In order to claim degrees, taking into account all of the terms are
met, you must provide evidence of doing the said quest. For example you
must take pictures of what you saw and or did or video tape the event
or have at least one witness. In addition it is necessary to provide proof
of the date such as a time stamp on the image or be shown in some way
with out a doubt such as a transcript of the HOQ. Gaining Degrees will
come down to how well you document the activity, and a decision by the
TM. |

| 4. It is not necessary but one should have a few items ready at their
disposal. Morton's List... especially if you want to be TM. Dice... Especially
if you want to be TM... Recorder... Paper, pen, camera, video recorder,
tape recorder - what ever the fuck you will need to keep track of the
quest. |

| 5. It has been noted by the Twilight Lords that electronic signatures
are acceptable for use in your quest Journal. Again remember, deceiving
the Inner Circle will result in less than optimal Karma. |

| 6 . Lastly yall must bring patients to this event. Since we will be
in small groups making up a whole Inner Circle - instead of a whole Inner
Circle; we must remember that not every quest will be able to be done.
However we have gray areas to work within, so come creative and ready
for ANYTHING. |
